KhojKaro.in is an information and referral platform that connects job seekers with employers, tenants with PG/room owners, and users with service providers in Siliguri and North Bengal.

2. No Guarantee

We do not guarantee employment, accommodation, or any specific outcome. All connections are made on a best-effort basis.

3. No Fees for Job Seekers

We never charge job seekers any registration fee, placement fee, or hidden charges. Our service is free for candidates.

4. Third-Party Information

Job listings, PG details, and service information are provided by third parties. Users must independently verify all claims before entering any agreement.

5. Not a Placement Agency

KhojKaro.in is NOT a registered placement agency under the Employment Exchanges (Compulsory Notification of Vacancies) Act, 1959. We operate as an information platform only.

6. Financial Products

For loans and financial products, we act only as a referral. Final approval is at the sole discretion of the lending institution. We are not an NBFC or financial institution.

7. Data Usage

Information shared via WhatsApp (name, qualification, preferences) is used solely to match you with relevant opportunities. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

8. Grievance

9. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Siliguri, West Bengal.
