We don't prescribe surgery before the X-ray. Every engagement begins with diagnosis. If you don't need a fix, we'll tell you.

The rule: You never pay for the next tier until the diagnosis proves you need it. The System Check report tells you exactly what's wrong, what it'll cost to fix, and whether you should fix it yourself, hire us, or hire someone else.

Take the report to your own team, another vendor, or engage us for the fix. No lock-in.

That's fine. The $19 System Check is standalone. You get a complete diagnosis report and fix roadmap. Many clients take that to their own team or another vendor. Zero obligation to continue with us.
$1,800–$3,200/month depending on hours (10–20/week). Includes architecture decisions, team mentoring, roadmap ownership, and board-level technical reporting. 3-month minimum, then month-to-month. We'll tell you when you've outgrown us and need a full-time hire.
Yes. Most clients start with the $19 System Check, then move to a Quick Fix or Sprint. Each tier's cost is credited toward the next. The System Check payment applies as credit toward any larger engagement.
System Check: 24 hours. Quick Fix: 3–7 days. Stabilization Sprint: 2–4 weeks. Fractional CTO: starts within 3 days. We don't take more than 3 clients simultaneously — quality over volume.
